It has brought to my attention that I need to post a help content for the groups and how to post something new or add a comment. This is going to get quite indepth and cover everything form registering and connecting to adding applications to your profile, such as the Groups and Blogging components. 1st, if the page is not fitting in your browser window and is too big never fear! Using IE8. Firefox or Google Chrome (which more than likely you are unless you use a MAC) you can change the size of the page simply by clicking the - or+ while pushing Ctrl and many times as you need, plain easy and simple! To reset the page size click Ctrl and 0.So as I start over my morning cappuccino while sitting in a Caribou Coffee and using their free WIFI in Brookfield Wisconsin on a snow Saturday, help will start to emerge. Please check back as this will be ever growing. The first thing you have to do to see the groups is to register, and that in itself is painless, even more so if you already have a Facebook account.
**Note If you clear your computer cookies, you will have to re-enter this information so either save it somewhere or click the forgot text below the boxes. Once you have done either, you will be brought to the "Be Social" page and from there click "Applications" then browse to select the elements such as Groups or Blogging you want access to. You must do this to use the features of this site. The "Be Social l" element is the key page to make this all work, so if in doubt where to find something "Be Social" more than likely has the items you are looking for. Next up, more on the "Be Social" element but this should be enough to get you started and to "Be Social", you can always add or remove applications at any time. Also from there you can "tweak" your profile, change you picture, mood or whatever. Play with it, it's pretty cool!
