At-Home Dad’s Convention
Fathers choosing to be the primary caregivers of their children have grown from a rarity 13 years ago to the fastest growing trend in parenting today. At-Home Dads generally choose this role and therefore are hungry for knowledge on how to raise their kids better and manage their households more efficiently. This, along with the opportunity to connect with other guys just like them, is why the At-Home Dads Convention is well attended from men across the U.S. and Canada.

The Evolution of Dad Project is dedicated to inspiring dads to get more involved with their kids, as well as to create more awareness about the importance of fathers in our culture and the challenges they face. At the forefront of this undertaking is “The Evolution of Dad” documentary film, which explores how fatherhood has evolved over time, what its impact has been on family and society, and lastly, how fatherhood will likely continue to evolve. Through the movie, as well as our website and social networks, we hope to engage more people in a conversation about the issues facing all dads - and to herald a new fatherhood movement.

Weld Waits
As an abstinent program, we believe that abstinence until marriage is the optimal lifestyle choice for all unmarried teens. The purpose of the Abstinence Education Program is to reduce teen sexual activity in Weld County and the subsequent consequences of adolescent pregnancy, out-of-wedlock births, sexually transmitted diseases and the negative emotional pain associated with early sexual involvement. We believe that when young people catch the vision of their potential, are taught the values of abstaining from sexual intimacy until marriage, are given dating and relationship skills to empower them, and are provided with on-going positive support to sustain them, they can, and will, make the healthy choice to abstain from sexual activity until marriage.
