We believe that when young people catch the vision of their potential, are taught the values of abstaining from sexual intimacy until marriage, are given dating and relationship skills to empower them, and are provided with on-going positive support to sustain them, they can, and will, make the healthy choice to abstain from sexual activity until marriage. 		45
